| Install the alt harness. Take off the cooling fan but leave the clutch. Easier to installed the ps pump and belts with it off. With the alt belt on and adjusted you can tighten down the fan clutch to the pump. Put the fan on after engine is installed. Turbo inlet pipes. Accordian pipes and metal pipes. Remove dipstick. I always installed the AC after the engine is in. Hook up the lines to it and let it sit in the bay. Then as you install the engine pull it up to the bracket and finish dropping the motor in.

I usually installed the passenger side downpipe after the engine is in. Give me a little more wiggle room. And more room to help installed the tranny and starter.
Take the idle pipe off the drivers side of the plenum. You'll have to removed it anyway to get the wiring harness behind it by the balalnce tube.
The bolt above the ac compressor bracket in the head is not needed. turbo wastegate lines you already mentioned motor mounts You may want to think about redoing that drivers side coolant line that goes towards the front of the engine. You can bend/twist the metal pipe so that it is in the back and points up towarts the heater core pipe it connects so. Then you can use a much straighter and shorter hose. Turbo outlet pipes. Vacuum caps under the throttle bodies Do you have a det sensor and harness installed?
